Off the pole classes

Our Wolverhampton studio offers a wide variety of off the pole classes. These range from flex & mobility, to classes such as Boxercise, Zumba and Dancercise. Take a look belwo to find out more about each one. 

Boxercise

Our Boxercise class offers a high-energy, full-body workout that combines boxing techniques with aerobic exercise. This class is designed to improve strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness through a mix of pad work, shadow boxing, and strength-focused drills.

Led by our experienced instructors, Boxercise focuses on proper form and technique, ensuring an effective and engaging workout suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re aiming to build strength, enhance endurance, or add variety to your fitness routine.

We offer both beginner and intermediate level at our Wolverhampton studio. 

Flex & Mobility

Flex and MO(bility) is an exciting and dynamic class, that allows you to geek out at the same time as getting bendy and mobile! We are passionate about not only teaching our students, but helping them to understand more about their bodies and how we work, not only when exercising, but in general, everyday life. 

Zumba

Get ready to dance, sweat, and have a blast in our high-energy Zumba class!

This cardio-dance workout combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow moves, creating a fun fitness experience that feels more like a dance party than a workout. Each session is designed to improve your endurance, coordination, and overall fitness, with rhythms ranging from salsa and reggaeton to hip-hop and pop.

Chair Dance

This fun, empowering class blends dance, strength, and sensuality as you learn fluid, choreographed moves using a chair as your prop. No previous dance experience is needed – our supportive instructor will guide you through the basics, helping you develop coordination, flexibility, and core strength. 

Set to an energizing mix of music, each session is designed to help you feel confident and strong while moving with grace. Whether you’re looking to boost body confidence, add a new skill to your dance repertoire, or just have fun, Chair Dance is the perfect class to compliment your pole and aerial training!
